Our Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is designed to respect everyone's time while remaining flexible and understanding when unexpected situations arise.
24-Hour Notice Policy
- 24+ hours notice: No charge. Free rescheduling to another available time.
- Less than 24 hours: Full session fee may be charged.
- No-shows: Full session fee will be charged.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the following methods:
Via Calendly (Easiest)
Use the "Reschedule" or "Cancel" link in your booking confirmation email.

Exceptions & Flexibility
We understand that emergencies happen. Life is unpredictable, and sometimes circumstances beyond your control prevent you from attending a session or providing 24 hours notice.
Exceptions may be made for:
- Medical emergencies or sudden illness
- Family emergencies
- Severe weather or transportation issues
- Other extenuating circumstances
Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you're unable to attend your session. We will work with you to find a solution.
Late Arrivals
- Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of when you arrive.
- If you're running late, please let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate you.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled (no charge if you notify us in advance).
Therapist Cancellations
In the rare event that your therapist needs to cancel or reschedule:
- We will provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible
- Your session will be rescheduled at no charge
- In case of emergency cancellations, you will receive a refund
